I'm sorry, Nick. But you are wrong on this one. He was bright eyed when I called for him and I asked if he had the number. It doesn't matter, at the end of the day...everyone's true colors show through.

Well this came from out of left field. Just because I didn't say it directly to you, doesn't mean I never offered to run up to my place to get tools. I was in some communication with Jeremy and had asked him a couple things. I figured if he had much more to offer he would've because that's the kind of guy he is. Most of the people I have connections with would not have been able to help in this situation. My main connection for car shit is my old auto shop teacher. I don't have his personal number. When I need something I either call his shop or just drive there. My friends all drive sports cars and were off the mountain so they were no help either. Only thing I had of use was a jeep recovery guy that is a family friend, which I did mention to Madison.

And yes, I do do some wrenching. However, the problem is I don't know jack shit about suspension. If it had just been like Mike, Madison, Nick, and myself, I would've happily jumped underneath that truck. The reason I didn't is because I knew there were people with far more knowledge and skills like yourself that could handle the situation better. I was one of the first to slide under the truck and check it out. I had no clue what to do to fix the situation. I legitimately thought we were going to have to do a Rowher like recovery again.

Greg, I know I'm not everyone's favorite person on here. Hell I know if people could pick one person to kick off tw, it would be me, but I am not that much of an asshole where I wouldn't offer any help if I had any to give. Yes, I was being very quiet and distant, but that's because I was trying to think of a way to help. I felt awful for not having anything to give.

I'm sorry that I couldn't meet your expectations. This was just a situation where I just was not the man for the job. If you want to hold all this against me, that's fine. Nothing I can do about that. Just realize if you were up here right now and busted something I would still try to run out there and help you even though you just publicly blasted me instead of saying something privately to me in person

Yes, I did call after. However I had been texted him shortly after we stopped, so its not like I wasn't trying
I was "bright eyed" because I thought I was actually gonna have something to help with. Not get scolded for something I already trued

I have taken you to the side in person twice to express how I and others feel you come across. Was I supposed to say that I did that on here? You haven't learned... in fact, you just become more and more full of excuses. Young man, you have a lot of growing up to do. Additionally, stop calling yourself a local to big bear. Locals know locals.

Despite how many of us feel about how he does come across, the fact of the matter is Kyle did mention the JeepRescue business to Madison @YotaGurlIAm if it was to be needed & he did talk to Jeremy @FirstGen Jer , before & after the scolding, about potential assistance to the situation. Whether or not you want to take my, or another's word, on that matter is soley up to you but the fact of the matter is Kyle did try to help.

I can respect that. But, why didn't he offer to take one of us to his house for tools needed? Why does he call himself such a local and knows local off-road spots but knows no one local to help when help is needed? Listen, Nick, I saw you take a draw on that Jameson and I know you're the real deal.

When have you done this? All I can think of is a couple times where you say I shit talk too much. Yeah, I know I shit talk a lot. Its just how I am. The thing is though that in the same sentence you also said that I'm alright. That is a pretty mixed signal if you ask me. Yeah you can look at what I said as excuses, but its still the truth. And yeah, I am young, and that is part of the reason I don't know a lot of people here. In this town you meet people 3 ways, through school, through work, and through bars and parties. I just started working again, I don't go to bars or parties, and like I said before, my friends are useless when it comes to this. The fact is I'm never gonna know a lot of people here, but that's because I'm not gonna go get wasted and high off my ass like every other kid up here my age. Call that "socially awkward" if you want, I call it sticking to my values. If that makes me awkward so be it. I'd rather spend my day alone in the middle of the forest than surrounded by a bunch of people I don't care for

I respect, & appreciate that comment on me Greg, I always try to whats best. My last comment on this whole matter is yes Kyle does say & do things that are out of line at times, but I did see him offer assistance to the situation. Whether or not he could have done more is unknown but he did give try to help.
You know me, like you said I'm "the real deal", I have no reason to lie & am just stating what I witnessed.

That was a good Jameson :D
