So while on the topic of on board air. I have a portable air storage container that holds somewhere north of a 100psi if I remember right. Could I get some cheap compressor & jimmy rig on board air some how? Also anyone ever think about a train horn? :cookiemonster:
    That's how I feel with 4x4

Co2 tank. I chose the difficult way and bought a kit. You can easily piece it together for 3/4 of the cost.

What a rip!....I have been asking around the 1st Gen section what guys run/recommend on there armor? The main consensus was that most that had went with powdercoat regretted it later. They would wheel a lot and scratch up there powdercoat and it would be a pain to try and match paint to fix the damage, and would end up looking like crap later on....so I'm probably just gonna primer and paint so it's easier to maintain and keep looking good. Plus way less money right now.

Nick, as far as I know, we are ALL friends here!!! I have a shi--y little air pump myself and will eventually get a better one, but for now, it will just have to do!!! If someone was to "leave me", then so be it. I can honestly say that I wouldn't do the same to them!!! Just how I am. Anyways, put that shyness aside bro and just ask!!! If they give you shi-, then you know you have at least me, assuming I'm there LOL, to ALWAYS be willing to help!!! Point being, get a cheap air pump that you can afford and if anyone gives you shi- about it, then just simply tell them, "well, let me borrow yours... if you don't mind..." and they shouldn't mind to do so. IF they don't, they just exposed their true nature in my humble opinion!!! But, like I said, I don't see that shi- happening with this group!!! So far, I have "witnessed" arguements, but in the end, when shi- needed to get done to help a fellow TW member, differences/attitudes were put aside to get that person the help they needed!!!:fistbump::cheers:

    Kinda stock
I rattle can it all. Kinda fun smashing into stuff and painting it up a week later. Just hard enough to not tweak the frame.

I checked them out when the sale was going on, out of my price range unfortunately. Think I may know of an alternative means of air for me though :D

I agree. Very pricey for what it is. Problem is the price of the tank. Patience and persistence and you can build your own kit for 100 bucks max. Just gotta know what you're looking for.

You make a really good point.... I'm gonna do my sliders first with spray bedliner and see how it looks. Then I'll probably end up doing the bumpers hahah

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
I wouldn't powder coat, I'd just hit it with a good shot of paint. Hard to repair powder coat once it's cracked.
