I've got a strap. The ones are too expensive on there. I'm trying to just use my winnings from the challenge and spend no more than $20 extra. I think I saw a water rotopax on there, so I should be able to score a Trasharoo and a water rotopax and I'll be solid. I need a water tank for my pump setup anyways

 

How much is a trasharoo on there anyways

It's hot, there's no AC, no tunes, not all the windows open and the driver decided to take the 405 from Costa Mesa to long beach harbor in the middle of rush hour

 

Jeep groups do this on the Mojave. Talked with a guy in a jeep that rolled up to the mail box where this display is and he said they started it about a year or two ago.

Affirmative. There's all kinds of random stuff out there. Its weird, but cool af. We stopped at every location to geek out a bit.


Lava caves

Soda lake. I wouldn't even attempt to cross this with just a little bit of water on it. I would detour. Its tacky, soupy mud, and corrosive. Salt and mineral reminence all over.


Sand dunes and this one down hill decent are the only places you would like to have 4wd (providing the rest of the run Is dry). The hill can be bypassed, the dunes you cannot (if you're going to run the entire road from start to finish). Some skinny pedal and maybe a tug or two will get you past the dunes.

So where did you find out that rims load rating that your talking about? I've seen them else where but have never seen any lbs rating information. And also what would be a recommended range to get for aftermarket rims.
