    Key stopped turning in ignition a couple weeks ago. Once I found housing I had to get proof of residence, then get a p.o. Box, then order new tumbler/key from nearest dealer in Idaho, wait to have it shipped to Wyoming... just got back from buying a cordless impact driver at Ace, going to put this titanium hex bit to the test and see if I can't drill out the old tumbler's pin.

    So after more than 2 weeks of stress and struggle, I was finally able to go to my truck with new drill and tumbler in hand. Before getting to work, figured I'd try the old key in the old ignition one more time....

    :annoyed:Stupid thing worked, finally! I don't know how many times over the past couple weeks I tried turning the key for 10min or more, but after getting the replacement parts the old shit ended up working on its own:mad:
