    I enjoy the rc world always have
    Just some danm expensive sometimes.
    I have an RC car for Sidney I just need batteries for it and I need to find a new chassis for mine because I destroyed the A-Arms and it was a hobby people Factory car and you cannot find replacement parts for it anymore its discontinued.
    Otherwise I've got a really badass brushless kit ready to go and everything for it even some fat aftermarket suspension for an RC car just have to find the right set-up

    I HIGHLY do NOT recommend soft SAND though!!! Unless you guys know something I don't??? But that fine sand will chew the motor up eventually!!! Just say'n bros!!! :notsure:

    I BELIEVE they have sprays now for certain environments that you can spray on? I definitely know they have sprays that you can spray on the motor components as "cleaners" for the motor brushes, if you will... IF I remember right?!

    I just got back into RC about 2yrs ago. I just LOVE mobbing with it now just to BS around with and relax and have fun!!! My batt, at full spd, with the 280 motor, lasts over 20min... again, AT CONSTANT FULL THROTTLE!!! :eek: The reason I went with the 280 motor mainly.

    I plan on upgrading certain parts with what I am able to, but the Grasshopper is, most definitely, NOT REALLY a car you can put upgraded parts on!!! The motor, rear shocks, and a few other things, but that is about it!!! It's the way that it is designed and such, putting stronger "shocks" on the front, for example, will only WEAKEN the shock mounts actually. Anyways, I've had this car before waaay back in the day.

    I do have the Tamiya Frog as well, actually 2x of them. My original one was the car I started out with and upgraded the crap on that one. Again, we are talking CENTURIES AGO, LMAO!!! Anyways, I beat the hell out of that car, still have the original chassis and MOST of the car in general, but fairly recently bought the same car again, because they came out with a "comeback" series a few years back. I THINK you can actually still get them??? I know you can buy parts off of flEEbay for them!!! :thumbsup::fistbump:

    Gas powered, WHOA!!! Now THEY have F'N BALLS, BUT, with that said, my friend used to have a gas powered and I personally didn't care for the constant maintenance in all honesty. That IS part of the fun, yes, I know, but it CAN BE F'N EXPENSIVE AS HELL as well!!! Anyways, he eventually sold the car just because he eventually lost interest!!! Other than that, he LOVED that car!!! It was one of those F1 style street/race cars!!!

    Anyways, agreed, fun times for sure... :thumbsup::fistbump::cheers:

    EDIT: btw, those rear wheels/tires are FROM my OLD Frog, LOL!!! That's why I chose those to run on the streets every now and then, because they're already worn down pretty good. I opted to keep my "new" tires for the actual dirt!!! :thumbsup:
