    Haha I talked to my buddy who I'm doing it for last night and he actually says he has a cool idea for the space below the storage box and doesn't wanna do the toolbox anymore lol. So ill probably keep it the same as it is now. When you speak of the weight and stuff it's surprising how much weight comes off before adding weight to it so it's nice that it somewhhat balances out. I took off the spare tire underneath, cut out that crossmember, took off the factory tow hitch and the tube bumper crash bar that he had connected to it. So I took offa considerable amount of weight before building the frame of this flatbed on it. But yes, like you said, the 4.0 ca handle the weight a lot better.

    He's kinda thinking the same deal. Basic recovery tools and stuff like that for carrying in the truck. Doesn't want it to be an expedition pig like my truck hahaha.

    Lol. You are right about the weight that comes off.

    Part of the reason I went flatbed in the first place was because I sure as hell did not want to lift the stock bed back over the rear end. And with a bunch of 2"x2" lying around, it was an easy choice to make.

    Yes but didnt have the camper with me at the time. Actually stayed at another campground up the road from the Expo. Wasnt actually camped at mormon lake. Planning on going again this year. Cant wait!
