It's the damn flippers that are killing the housing market. They get the inside scoop on a house hitting the market. They scoop it up before it hits the the market. Paint and fix it up as cheap as possible. Then throw it back on the market for $100k-$200k Moore then what they bought it for. Fuck you flippers!

Exactly... some bullshit there. A family could have bought that, did the fixing up themselves and the had a nice and affordable place to live.

 

Flagstaff, Az is my choice and still close to SoCal for family trips

 

I may bitch and moan about everything in so cali but i doubt ill ever move away.. its just the best olace to live ... well if i were to move maybe Oregon or Washington

 

Same thing happened 3 houses down from us. The mom passed away and the kids sold the place. We talked to them and they just pretty much laughed at us. You could see the $$$ symbols in their eyes. Sold for $569k House got flipped and sold for $730k.

 

Fuck ya 300k for days in my hood.
