    It's just crazy with these flippin flippers.

    A dump in west Hollywood going for 1.76 million. Used to be a sorta nursing home. Has a bunch of small rooms, it's a complete fixer upper.

    I live on the outer edge of HB on the boarder of Costa Mesa so my commute isn't as bad really. I commute to Irvine for work and it's around 20-25 min. Getting home an extra 5-10 give or take. Not bad.

    I'd be fine with that. I have a 45min minimum each way. That's if no traffic. Usually need to add an extra 15+ minutes
