@SocalOC I wouldn't recommend it. My old truck didn't have a front plate. I was going to print one on vinyl and slap it on some aluminum to make my own plate. I asked around and it was a pretty serious offense. Common response I kept getting from everyone I asked was that the plate itself has to be issued even though it's numbers that are already linked to your truck.

The water bottle is what they use in county as a shower head or that what a friend told me

 

Did that when I was a young punk and didn't have money to replace the nozzle in the town house I was at.
