    Where is says "116T" indicates it's the standard load rating, or P rated tires. Those aren't the LT 10ply. Road use is fine but they'll be a bit weak off road.
    The price is pretty accurate for new tires, but as you said ~400-450 would be more appropriate. You can buy them new yourself for around the same price he's asking.

    Gotcha. Sometimes with the 700s or a lot of preload on 650s the shock feels kinda bouncy

    Not super familiar with that area but get the idea.

    I wasn't too impressed with my superbumps but a lot of people are on here:notsure:

    I'm running king foam bumpstops on the actual shock shafts with the superbumps which helped a TON

    Yea mostly full blown prerunners sometimes run them but sense I was getting semi harsh bottom outs. I had a buddy revalve the shocks to fit my needs and added these foamy shaft bumps
