    Considering the next one we can see is in 2045, yeah it's an exciting event to check out! Would have been awesome to drive up to Oregon so see the total eclipse, but 58% here in SD is still cool. Was weird outside, a little cooler and dimmer than usual.

    Bryan, IF you have 2x simple white sheets of paper:
    - poke a small needle size pinhole in one (in the middle of the paper)
    - use the other sheet as a "viewing screen"
    - the piece of paper with a hole in it, hold up away and shine the light through it on to the viewing screen

    You will see a "notch" in the white area and that would be the moon!

    I hope you are able to see it? :thumbsup:
