Lol! You'd probably laugh at this if you've ever met me, but I have no self control with any food. I just make sure there isn't shit food in the house so I don't go crazy when I get the munchies.

Some people just have bad knees, but there are many things you can do to start helping out the situation. Insoles are a decent start. Obviously, losing weight is the best thing for you. My mom had both her knees replaced a few years back after suffering many years like you. She's a new person with them! Swimming is your best bet if you can. Riding the bike is great as well. Just make sure it's set up properly for your height/body.

Keep an eye on how you walk and your general posture. Start thinking about every step to train yourself. Iyou surprisingly goes a long way!

Btw Ed @MotoEd, the dept I work in deals with customer repairs, in-house repairs, as well as supporting the engineering dept themselves with "specials" and/or a better way of putting it, help improve known design flaws! The lead supervisor came-up with a really good improvement with a particular "ear mic" and it is being tested by, I believe, Long Beach this week or next?

Once I get a better understanding of their products and how it all works, I'm hoping to be able to contribute something?

I'm already trying to fix and piece together "dead boards" so that I have test units. One of the boards just has a bad solder pad and trace. Other than that, it looks like the board will run?!

Anyways, yeah, I like the place so far.

I feel as though I should specify that the basil goes on after you take it out of the oven. And it only needs like 10 mins in there. Fuck I'm hungry now

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
I need to start tracking how fast my ignore list grows. Maybe use an excel spreadsheet.

    Not yours

And no, not entirely, I really only come here to talk to a few people. Somehow I miss when I click into the turdgen forum and don't realize the amount if idiot I'm reading should be more obvious.
