IDK, but I am now terrified beyond belief and will cancel my trip out to King of the Hammers in 2 weeks because of this.

It sucks the dude died out there, but it is an inherently dangerous hobby.

Being out there for a whole week for the hammers may very well be the death of me.

That is a big negative. Still working on getting it to the smog guy. After installing new brake lines and bleeding the brakes yesterday, I realized today that the calipers are bad and leaking fluid. Now I get to pick up new calipers at VatoZone tomorrow and hopefully the demons that have been plaguing my brakes are gone.

I read on Facebook the guy wasn't wearing a seat belt got ejected and his vehicle rolled over him. Not feeling too sorry for him....fucker left a wife and kids being stupid. This info came from some chick who's brother is his best friend and was with him when it happened.

Article did say he lost control so if he wasn't speeding he might not lose control and rolled his truck. Just guessing here til we read police report.

Exactly. It said by Means Dry Lake, which is a giant lakebed and the surrounding areas can be unforgiving rock terrain, or a washed out trail and it can be difficult to see it ahead. I have had figure-8 kiddie-trails almost kill me in Glamis, so anything can happen.

I’ll post up th pictures tomorrow when I pull them off the camera. I got both passenger side doors today. Nothing that bad but enough that I might not have any more fucks to give when I take the truck out. I got after it a little too hard. But it was fucking awesome.

Where @Mike likes Tacos is standing is where I stopped driving the cab into the wall. Then backed down to where the truck is parked.

And then one of Mike flexing out his fancy kings.

the rain really rutted it out. It was awesome. Mike gave me the idea when he turned his turn signal on as he drove past it... I saw a line up it and thought it was doable... turns out it wasn't... I'd try it again. Turns out the snorkel is built damn good and took one hell beating.

This is just before the steps. It's not even a line we have thought about trying. It was badass. Kyle's crazy.
