I just know from experience that hi lifts can get you hurt if used as a primary means when doiing trail repairs. The Pro Eagle jack makes sense in every way because of the extension and the storage mount.

Yeah, I don't trust them for shit, they have their place, but its at the bottom of the list of things to try to get out of a jam.

Do those things actually stay in place on the trail when putting load on them? It seems like the wheels would sink/dig in/shift around once they have weight on them.

They all work well enough in the pits in the dirt. Havnt had mine on the trail yet. I have more faith in a floor jack than I do with a Hi Lift anyday.

Heres the BigBoy 3 ton under our 6100 truck.

That’s nice. I have a Costco 2.5 ton always on my truck and it drops my trucks suspension fine (well the front) the rear needs a couple blocks lol

    I want

I’ve seen a hi lift slip off of the slider and smack someone in the face; chipped a tooth too.
I believe I was with @Airdog that time lol

I wish I still had the picture of @Nicklovin and @kyle11863 sitting in front of Madison's truck when the uca/spindle bolt snapped. On a hill, only supported by a single hi-lift and they sat downhill from the truck directly in front of the front bumper... I have never been more worried about a truck crushing two people at once. Fortunately it held for like 6 hours and we all made it home safely. They're young and dumb and said they could move out of the way fast enough, eventually you quit telling them to move.

I mentioned a few days ago about the YouTheory 6100 truck that fell on the 2 pitcrew members during the race, the truck moved forward a bit and slipped off the floorjack. Happened in a second and people got hurt. I'll try and find it to post here

Soooooo uhhhhhhh. Got anyone near Granada Hills that can pick up a set of wheels/tires and hold on to them for me? Will PayPal you monies for pickup. Will compensate in beer or hugs or lunch or rides in the powerwagon.

    P.s.
car tires and wheels. So they won’t take up tooooo much space.
