Haha. I like mariachi and Banda music. But it helps to have a decent system yourself if their shit gets too loud.

 

I got a handful of them back in the early 90’s on my HD’s when the city of HB was enforcing this.My dad though was still alive and got them all written off for me through connections he had.My dad thought it was a joke.He actually had a small sticker on the back of his helmet that said”Loud Pipes Save Lives”.At that time though if you swapped out your exhaust it was written off by showing proof and no fine was due.Guess now you’ll pay period.

Nothing more than a money grab. Laguna has always had large groups of HD riders come here. Ever since I was a kid. The Marine Room Tavern downtown was/is a favorite. This was not very well thought out by our city council (bunch of soccer moms).

They all moved to Palm Springs years ago. Rich soccer moms moved in.

 

Not that I know of. There was only one and it got bought out by the Persian disco scene. Truthfully I liked the gays better.
