Supreme Court Justice Kennedy is retiring.:yay::yes: :amen::bananadance::evil::drunk::headbang:

My prediction of 45's legacy being the Supreme Court is coming true.

Ginsburg can go any time now.

Depends on a lot of thing.

SCOTUS would need to take up more gun related cases and rule in favor of 2nd Ammendment
SCOTUS would need to ensure the rulings are incorporated down to the states.

CA would likely still be screwed, but the whole "As goes California, goes the nation" thing might get put on hold for at least another generation or 2.

Pretty much this. I have no idea what the current bench is hesitant to take up more landmark cases and they keep leaving it up to the circuit courts to screw things up.

Shit I only have until end of month right? I've got an 80% 6.5 Grendel I built last year that should probably be on the books for resale purposes. Care to share the engraver info? PM works as well :gossip:

I just spent last weekend back in WV for a river fest. The guy I was staying with is sane, however his wife has become batshit crazy over 45 and is basically spinning in circles and speaking in tongues. I can only imagine her today. I know it's not right, but sometimes it's perverse fun to take glee in some peoples misery.

    I love it!

I had an old high school buddy on FB who was like that, all day long he would post rants and tirades of just some craszy off the wall shit. I finally deleted him last week after he posted a long rant calling everyone that voted for him racist, nazi, elitists etc etc. I just got tired of it.

The only credit I'll give them is that they're still at it over two years later, dumbasses...

EDIT: A WHOLE LOT of us took shit for over eight fucking years. Just saying.

So regardless of the "features" all finished 80% now need serial numbers in CA

Resale however is won't be possible unless its featureless or has a maglock that doesn't allow you to release the mag without breaking open the receiver.

If its registered as an AW then its non-transferable unless you later de-register it by converting it to featureless or mag lock it so you have to break open the receiver to drop the mag or top load it.
