    Sorry to hear about your dad. I hope you've been doing okay though and moving forward with his memory.

    As for skiis, I take it you want to try two, right? Don't even bother with slalom. Wake board might work too.

    I have to say, there definitely a difference between being pulled by a skii boat rigged up high which slightly lifts you up whereas a low rigged jet boat feels like it's just dragging you in the water especially when taking off with the lack of lift....

    But don't ever get discouraged. Always have to focus on holding your position during the initial pull and you'll get it!
