    Quick I need help on a question:
    For a quick recap, I got rear ended earlier this year. The lady who hit me slammed me so hard that she buckled the frame of my car. I ended up having to get my entire frame replaced. SO here's my question: Is my car legally considered salvaged? I've heard a lot of mixed notions from people. Toyota guys didn't give me a direct answer so hopefully my guys here can help me

    I'm mainly asking because I'm getting close to the end of my lease and was hoping to buy my car out, but if it has a salvaged title I might just hop into a different car and finance it.

    Fuck my life Colton's right. If you gave them money (not your deductable) & had the truck towed to your destination of choice....then it's salvaged. If they repaired it & gave it back to you then it's not a salvaged title, just an accident reported for the CarFax crowd.
