I knew I was right!!! I don't know who kept saying/insisting that the "weatherman frequency" is on the 152MHz freq band???!!! I kept expressing that it is NOT, but hey, what do I know right, I only worked on radio systems for quite a few years now!!!??? Mt. Lukens (Oxnard), for example, is 162.550! These freq are for the CA, NV (border of CA), AZ (border of CA) region areas. So, IF anyone that doesn't have WX on their radios and/or scanners, if you can input radio freq channels into your radio and/or scanner then these are the frequencies for WX "weatherman"!!! Sometimes, this weather information can be very handy to have. For example, on my drive back from Iowa, I knew there was severe weather up ahead, but wasn't too sure of direction/heading... so naturally, I went to scan for the weatherman channel and listened to the information for the surrounding area(s). Anyways, those with Baofengs, for example, just punch in the freq and you will hear the... Weatherman... Mt. Lukens comes in very clearly for the OC area, for sure!!! Just letting you ALL know. Keep in mind that these are NOT TX'ing channels, but for emergency weather information!!! The link is below, if anyone is interested for the other U.S. weatherman freq channels?!

    VERY NICE!!!

I personally have nothing against Jeep, it's the majority of the "type" of people that I run into that OWN a Jeep!!! I find that MOST of Jeep owners are a-holes!!! My brother in-law's sister's fiance, for example, owns a Jeep and he's a F'N A$$HAT!!! You just have to TRUST me on that! I ask the guy, on different occassions, about his sandrail, jeep, etc etc etc and the guy thinks his shi- doesn't stink and just blows me off!? It's like, WTF is up with you dude!!!??? Tail pipe not long enough for your a$$ or something!!! I just avoid him and whenever my sister invites me to go with her and her husband to a$$hats house, I say "F" NO to the invitation and explain why. Now my sister doesn't even bother asking me anymore, LOL!!!

I will never really understand why some people are Di--heads??? I have personally been in situations where someone was a complete a$$ to me, but down the line, when THEY needed my help and/or suggestion on something, they came to me for help?! The "nice" person in me, just helped out because that is naturally how I am :frusty:
