Well I've got a hollow jack handle I've been using as an extension for the breaker bar that's about 4 feet long. Can't drill into it though. Is drilling vital?

 

Soak that bitch in pb blaster! Also hit with a propane torch. Gotta pull the balancer to get to the head too or just rebuilding the whole thing? I used a 4ft extension on my truck to break a bolt loose on my motor. Horrible when it does break loose.

Pb blaster has been tried several times and is not the answer. Heat was considered but damages the seal I believe and I don't want to replace that. Tried the 4 foot pry bar as well

We've all been there, especially when frustration sets in. Although it has been a long time you've been at this.

I always grab the ratchet in my hand and turn it to make sure it's going the way I want. Always. Measure twice and all that stuff, y'know?

Yeah. I've tried so many times though I have it memorized at this point. The wrench needs to go from the driver side to the passenger side of the vehicle. Thing is just tight
