    Make sure your mom really test drives that FJ. I've heard those things have the visibility of a World War 1 tank.

    I don't really know much about FJs, heard if you want 4wd it's full time am I wrong?
    She likes the reliability of toyotas & being up high, and she likes the look of it over a 4runner.
    Although she still may get a beamer, but as soon as I take her on a trail Im sure she'll love it

    From the little bit I read it stems from them using a six speed trans that they already had. If I'm not mistaken it's the one they made for the 4th gen 4runners. Just another bad idea to come out of the 4th gens :crazy:
