There was one suuuuuuuper narrow passage with a wall on one side and a deep crack on the other. I thought of your truck and how it would handle it. I wanted to get a picture of it but didn't.

Mike, who needs a dash w/ gauges and what not? Just connect the "essentials" to start your truck and go!!!??? LOL!!! :mudding:

After you're done, you can take your truck back apart and continue with your roll cage project, LOL!!!

Yeah I know he did. I was thinking you were at the bottom like you were for Jeremy's. My bad. My buddy is going to be sending me all the pics later today when he wakes up and I'll post them after I get back from dropping Tim off in SB
No worries dude I got a few from when I solo'd it on Saturday. That was a pretty crazy drop
Nooo don't do that. I need a little break. I'm a little sore from doing so much wheeling in such a short time after not going in forever lol

Anyone know what trail was done up here back in January? Based on the pics I saw way back when I would guess it was 3n14? :notsure: @mahaloTaco @4WALKER

Kyle, when my brother and I took our mom offroading, we started in Fawnskin from a fairly big parking lot of a rusty red colored building at what looked to be JUST BEFORE the start of the trail!!! Anyways, it was Big Bear Pine Flats or something like that. 3n14 sounds very familiar to me??? My Big Bear map is in my storage unit right now along with my "offroading" gear. That was a very friendly trail to ride on, although, some of the ruts, at the time, were pretty F'N deeeeep, LOL!!! Then, on occassion, you would come up on a F'N boulder, buried halfway into the ground, in the middle of the trail, while going UP/DOWN the hill (depending on which way you were heading), and having to "rock crawl" the F'N thing, LOL!!! Nothing hardcore mind you, but you still had to wheel it to get on the "other side of it", LOL!!! My brother got stuck on one of them and was in 2wd  My mom was in my truck at that time and I'm talking to her and looking in my rear view mirror and was like, WTF happened to my brother  He fall of the edge   I'm calling on the CB and NOTHING!!! We were "rounding" a "blind corner" at the time   For almost 20-30sec I am waiting for something on the CB and then I hear him come back saying that he had to put his Explorer into 4WD and got off that thing like it wasn't there
This all went down, before I started spewing trash with all you guys here on the great and wonderful TW forum!!!:rofl::fistbump:

I did aLOT of utubing and reading before taking my mom on that trail!!! So I wasn't too worried. She had a blast!!! Plus, if all else failed (i.e. trucks breaking down), I have a HAM, CB, cell, truck burning for smoke signals, etc if we ever got stuck, LOL!!! AND we had WATER up the ying yang to last us for DAAAAAAAAZE!!! LOL!!!

I just helped some poor fool...
"No, you probably just don't know about the 2016 Tacoma's. My wheel well is huge, there's so much room with my tires I could fit a 285 without any issue. Everywhere else I called said I can fit it fine with no lift and I won't have to trim at all. You are wrong, where ever you got your info from is wrong."
    hahahaha

Been a while for me, but 285's!!! LOL!!! Those tires are F'N BIG bro!!! LOL!!! 265's very, approx eq to 31x10's are pretty big as they are!!! 285's on the other hand are right around 33's, am I correct??? I worked for Discount Tire down in San Diego for quite a few number of years as well as North County (i.e. Oceanside, Vista), about 13yrs in the "garage" section (i.e. tire buster). I worked with a great bunch of guys for sure and it IS hard a$$ work, don't let it fool you!!! Been there done that. Plus, I MAY know Micah from Downsouth if it is the same Micah I am thinking about??? I worked with him at CAS18 Mission Gorge store for, I don't know, about 5-6yrs or thereabouts?! Anyways, GREAT guy for sure either way!!!

Just accidentally clicked on the "OFFICIAL - 275/70R17 2016 Tire Thread" which is in the third gen section. I wouldn't be surprised if some idiot said he was running 285's in there and that's where this guy got this idea
