What I dont get is that large group allowed the dude to tag is name on that rock(s), and nobody stopped him from doing so.

 

Who the fuck thinks tagging a rock is cool? My climbing friends would beat your ass for that shit.

 

Not the case here, somehow he got hung up on the rock and had to be tugged, clearly there was a group of people around him.
