Damn I have to be honest changing a pulley and serpentine belt is a bitch. I thought I can do it by myself, I guess not.

Yea the puller has to be specific type. I went to autozone and borrow a puller.
The belt is a pain in the butt too. The two 14mm bolt holding the tensioner is freaking tight AF. I have a breaker bar but fan gets in the way.

I able to get the bottom one and the 12mm bolt on the side bracket. The top one is super tight. I wish I have a 14mm wrench that is long so I can get enough leverage. The breaker bar not doing it cause the socket is hitting the fan

It’s really pain in the butt wasn’t easy. I have to remove tensioner the change the serpentine belt not enough space to work with.
Next on my list is UCA bushing and transmission fluid change and flush. We need mod day.
Btw transmission filter/strainer is expensive, do they usually run 60 bucks? Quote is from SouthCoast Toyota.

Stopped into Toyota of HB to get a new cabin filter.Parked next to i assume a 2018 3rd gen.Tacoma TRD Offroad(cement). There’s a lot of 3rd gen’s on the lot.
Come walking out after the purchase and a salesman is bent down rubbing his fingers on the lower portion of the driver’s side door.:DHe said he accidentally opened the door up into what he called my side steps(sliders).
I looked down and was like,Eeewh  that door area is going to need a repaint and looks like there’s a small ding as well.He was still bent down looking and i was like :ohsnap: look at my damage(there was none)!:cool:Salesman fell on his ass!
I helped him up and was like my truck is fine and said good luck in how you handle the scratched paint and ding,Happy Holidays!:hattip:Salesman was :pout:.

Must be a hard swing to have a small dent and scratch up paint. I wonder if he’s going to tell he’s boss o_O

Possibly.:notsure:There was enough space between my truck and the 3rd gen.that i think he probably thought he had enough room to open the door completely by swinging it.The bed liner spray on my sliders is what scratched/chipped the paint.I wonder as well if he’ll say anything. It was noticeable.
