Yea, totally. There is a great culture and moral here so that will be missed entirely, but on to bigger better and more challenging things.

Not bad, just nerve wrecking I guess. Did not help that another employee in my same position ended up resigning last Friday as well. I am giving them a month, but 5 of those days I will be on vacation.

 

Honestly though man, that's still a legit turnover time frame. Its not your fault that another opportunity happened so quick on the horizon, unless you just informed them you were going on vacay as well. Either way, Im sure they have their understanding about it although no one wants to lose a good dude.

The one good thing about my company in a way is I have yet to see them even remotely fight for anyone whether its some big whig project manager with numerous years or one of the many co workers I had on my team that have come and gone. To a degree, I think my company has lost considerable talent they may never replace, but hey atleast it makes for an easy dismissal whenever my time hits.
