Orange County CAF's: up to no good

I can meet you in Julian and lead you most of the way to wherever camp is then hit up people on the radio to find out where exactly we are camping with @ODNAREM and @BLKTRUCK

 

@bjs045 what time are you getting out there? That way we can kind of find you and get camp set up

Rough time frame looks to be 10ish in Borrego Springs. Refuel, restrooms at the visitor center, and depending if peeps want photos of the welded art work around town.

Pushing for 12 noon at the Fish Creek Primitive camp grounds. Probably eat lunch and chill there until all arrive.

After that search for the camp site, set up, then free to play a bit?

 

If no caravan Friday night, going to leave early morning Saturday.

Yea for sure I'm thinking something like 153.640 usually is a good band no interference usually. And it would be good to stay off the SD guys channel unless meeting up with them

 

When you go to the grocery store to do some shopping always look for a shopping cart filled with merchandise where the employees go to the warehouse or near the bathroom area for customers!Not the first time for me but hooked these up at Von's today!There is always that person who doesn't know how to carry a 12pack of beer!9 bottles of Firestone 805 reduced down to $1.50 each and then marked down another 50% off!.75 X 9 =$6.75.No tax or CRV charge either!

Im still trying to figure out when to leave on Friday, probably going to leave earlier in the day so I can actually find people. @madsand Im planning on heading up friday probably in the afternoon, maybe night, so you're welcome to convoy with me. @ODNAREM No I didnt end up getting it since @sladesdaddy1022 is giving me a CB when we're at the camp, and @WileECoyote offered to help get it working; very appreciative to the both of you! .

Von's,Albertsons and Stater Bros do this!Not sure about the other grocery store's.Your definetely not going to see this in Whole Foods,Sprouts and such.
