KDMax-Pro+XT
XT=Extra Torque

There are some people that wanted more Torque and more Hp, while keeping the great shifting and throttle from the KDMax-Pro+ tune.
We made some changes to the tune and tested it on our trucks (KDMax Tuning Group).
It has the KDMax-Pro+ tune as the base with changes in VFtuner to make more POWER.
Our group testing has given us good results and ZERO complaints.
The Dyno results were great-- 29hp increase over stock, and 28ftlbs torque increase over stock.

Stock vs Pro-XT
2016 4x4 Sport 5.29 gears on 295/70/17
87 Octane.
29 HP over stock.
28 Ftlbs Torque over stock.
At 3250 RPM 46 Ftlbs Torque over stock.
Ran 3 runs stock and 3 runs Pro-XT. Threw out the high and low of each.

Do you have af ratio for the run as well as knock count?

 

The A/F is on the Dyno chart.
The Misfire count is 0.
The Knock F/B and KCLV was and is being monitored with no problems. Good or better than stock.

Thank you for installing the tune. Drives 100% better than stock. As much as I hate to say "I can't wait to get on the freeway". I really can't wait to see it perform on the freeway. The street driving is smooth so it can be better punching the gas.

This is a well overdue post. A huge thank you to @TWTaco for setting me up with the tune. This is the best MPG I have gotten since I put on full suspension and tires. The Sport mod is fairly aggressive and responds well on the highways and freeways. Going mall crawling not so much because the thing is just a beast. Id recommend for anyone to just pay up and get the tune. Its well worth the money and makes it feel like a whole new truck. Very pleased with the whole tune pack.

Ben came back in for the new KDMAX-Pro+XT with Lite throttle. Ben had been on KDMAX6.0 and upgraded to Pro last November. He heard about the new XT tune and had to have it!

Natalie @Permagrin Came in this morning with her 2018 Access cab. Her boyfriend Carl @cbiscut had his Army green 2022 OR tuned this last week with the new KDMAX-Pro+XT.
Carl let Natalie drive his 22 and that is all it took! Natalie and Carl contacted me to get her 2018 ECU updated and tuned up with the new Pro+XT with Normal throttle settings. She had the biggest smile on her face when she returned after her test drive!
It was really nice talking with both you and Carl this morning. Enjoy the tune. Let us know how your liking the tune after you have a some miles on it.

 

I can't say thank you enough, Dave. I am not a mechanic by any means but after driving a few miles over the weekend on residential and freeway, hills and flats, I have to say it's a phenomenal improvement. It used to growl and felt boggy while shifting and now it purrs and feels so smooth I can't get over the difference. On my '99 and before the tune this 2018, the throttle used to be very slow to react from a stop or when trying to pick up speed to get on the fwy and now it's extremely responsive, I can barely feel it picking up. I don't know how or if it's psychosomatic, but I swear, the truck feels lighter somehow. All in all I love the improvement so much that I still can't get that smile off my face .

Cesar came by this afternoon with his 2021 OR longbed. He was referred by one of my previous customers. We got him tuned with the new Pro+XT with Normal throttle settings.
After his test he was all smiles! He was amazed how much better his truck drove after the tune.
