Had Chance come in yesterday with his 2018. Chance let me take a good look at his new GFC camper. These campers are really nice. Much liter than you would think at about 200 to 225lbs. Chance added some other aftermarket goodies. We got him dialed in on Pro-10.0 with the Normal throttle setting. It was good talking with you Chance let us know how your enjoying Pro-10.0.

 

Josh @Jbaboa75 Long time KDMAX customer came in today to get updated to Pro-10.0 with the Sport throttle setting. Josh really likes the way Sport performs for his truck and his driving style. Always good to see you Josh! Stay safe out there fire season is going to be rough again this year!!

 

Met up with Larry at his place in Poway. Larry has a 2010 4Runner 4x SR5. We got him set up on Pro-10.0 with Normal throttle. We went on a nice test drive Larry wanted to see how it did going up some steeper grades in Poway. He was impressed with how it held gear going up the grade in CC without any crazy shifting. He was quick to point out how much smoother it shifted felt seamless. He also mentioned the 4Runner felt much liter on its wheels. The Normal throttle felt good for his driving style. It was good meeting you Larry enjoy the Pro-10.0

 

Met up with long time KDMAX customer Tom in Escondido with his 2018 Sport. Upgraded Tom to Pro-10.0 with Sport throttle. Tom really likes how the Sport throttle gets his truck up and moving! Thanks for meeting up this morning Tom always good to see you. Let us know how you like the Pro-10.0.

 

Met up with Jerry @Jerry311SD in Poway this morning. Jerry is another longtime KDMAX customer. We got Jerry updated to Pro-10.0 with Normal throttle. No test drive this time as Jerry was on a break from work. Glad you were able to get away from work and get updated we have trying to connect for some time. If you get a chance let us know how you like the Pro-10.0.

 

10.0 reduced the gear hunt on this truck even more.
I drive up a 5+ degree grade on the way home and usually keep it in 4th. For the 17mile trip. Today I put it in drive and it wasn't bad at all only gear hunted a little,( and that might be specific to my drive only)
Attached is a picture of my ride home.
Usually im getting 21-23 on the way to work and 19-20 on my way home. Ill watch my mpgs next week. I didn't buy this truck because of the great gas mileage. But im happy with the way this simple tune has helped the drivability of this truck.... And im picky.
Alway great dealing with Dave!!

Anyone on here thinks their truck shifts like total dog shit___GET THIS TUNE!! Its a great upgrade and totally worth it.

My drive to work this morning.
So far very happy with the 10.0 !!

 

Luke came in this morning with his 2022 MT OR. We got him dialed in with the Pro-10.0 with Sport throttle. He was really happy with the improved throttle response and low end torque.
He cant wait to get out on the highway! Good meeting you Luke Enjoy the Pro-10.0

 

Father & Son Paul and Ryne came in together with their 2016 Sport and 2017 SR5 Both went with Normal throttle. Ryne was a bit skeptical about tuning but after his test drive he was all "SMILES " He was very impressed with how much liter and responsive his truck now drove. Paul was very familiar with tuning and he knew he was in for a treat. It was good seeing you again Paul and was nice to meet your son Ryne and making him a believer!!

 

Mena came in with his 2019 Manual. He was looking to get updated from 9.0 to Pro-10.0. He really loved 9.0 and Sport throttle it was a blast to drive. We set him up on Pro-10.0 with Sport throttle. Told him about the accumulator delete mod he will be looking into that mod next! Good seeing you again Mena enjoy the Pro-10

 

200 miles on a half tank not bad for a truck. Still love this tune

 

That looks like you are getting some good MPG's Jerry. Even being in an area with with mostly hilly roads and highways!

 

Matt came in with his 2016 Pro 4Runner. He recently upgraded his tires to Falken WildPeaks and soon found out they really affected his drive. Matt does a lot of highway driving. The Wildpeaks are 7lbs heavier each over his stock tires and he could really feel the affects. He contacted me looking for a solution and we set him up with Pro-10.0 with Normal throttle. He came back from his test drive he said it felt better but wanted to see what Sport throttle had to offer. A quick flash to Sport and he was off for a second test drive. He came back with that "SMILE" The Sport was exactly what he was looking for. It was good meeting you Matt! Enjoy the Pro-10.0 let us know how you like the highway drive ability.

 

Thanks for coming in last night Miro @mauctopa with your 2020 MT. It was nice to meet you and your girlfriend. We Set Miro up on Pro-10.0 Sport throttle. He took it for a nice long test drive.
When he came back he said he liked how the throttle was very smooth and did not drop off. He said his shifting felt much smoother. The power felt better through the gears. Miro is running 35's and 5.29's he is hoping to see some better MPG's. Currently he is only getting 12 and 14 he is running a competitors tune and has not been happy with the performance or drivability. Look forward to hearing how the Pro-10.0 works out for Miro.
