Note that I’m only reading your original post right now... I’d wait for next years model if you have to get ask that brand new. If you don’t have to wait until February or March and get the same truck with a few miles on it for a heck of a lot cheaper. Hell even if it’s across the country shipping would only be 1500 or so at most

I had a grey tundra and saw so many gray, or white vehicles on the road here that i swore i'd never own another grey truck. Almost went for black metallic till i saw quicksand. As far as dealer trades, you'll never get what the vehicle's from a dealer as you would from a private sale. Dealer is always going to work straight off the msrp when doing a trade. You will do far better when negotiating down from the dealers discount off their msrp.

Okay, I just followed up with the dealership today. The new build date is July 21. We'll see.

For perspective, I ordered a 4 door 4x4 TRD OR w/ a 6MT (to get away from my AT) on May 29th 2020 from the highest volume dealer in Houston. I took delivery Wednesday Nov 4th 2021. Had it been an AT I was chasing - it would have been substantially quicker. Just some food for thought for anyone waiting on an MT. Manufactured in the Texas plant.

I know it's an old thread, but I've wanted to say that this problem is still common. You can never be sure that a particular company won't let you down.
That's why I always use the same company postsendungsverfolgung.com. For all the years I've known them, they've never made me mad. I recommend you with confidence because they managed to deliver my package in two days. Which, for me, was a pretty significant moment. I can say that they actually saved me at that moment.
Thanks to them, I managed to organize the event even better than I expected. Did anyone of you use their services? If so, please write to me about how you feel about it. I wish you a good day still!
