    I think some of the highlights need a bit of work. They almost look like TW is trying to sell something (instant trash can), where it needs to look more like TW offers them information and a friendly environment. Some place they will want to visit and check out.

    Custom Mods is good
    Towing needs to go - sorry, but if someone joins a forum based only on towing info, they have the wrong truck and wrong forum.
    TSB Info is good, although should probably be changed to something like "Recall Information", as not everyone knows what TSB stands for.
    Product Reviews is good as is.
    Wheels and Tires should go. That falls under either Product information or Technical help.
    Offroading and Trails is ok, although really isn't a huge section/focus so might want to remove it.
    Suspension and Lifts should probably go. See "Wheels and Tires". Also, it makes it sound like TW is trying to sell something. Maybe a general "Aftermarket Upgrade Suggestions and Tips" or something similar.
    Audio & Video. - gone
    Buy, Sell, Trade is ok, but maybe should be changed to something like "Free Classifieds"
    Technical Chat should probably be changed to Technical Help, Assistance, or Troubleshooting. Chat sounds a bit too informal (although thats what it officially is).

    Some other things to maybe add:
    Ad Free
    Friendly People
    Meet other Tacoma Drivers (Local Group Meets)
    Vendor Discounts


    I know most of my suggestions dont really fit on business card, but they're mostly just ideas of what I'm trying to say. I'm sure someone can come up with better words. Just think about why you keep coming back to the forum (its not for the towing information).
