A week ago I ordered an Access Roll Up tonneau cover for my Tacoma from truckalterations.com after seeing some good reviews on here about the company and the Access covers. Has anyone had any difficulty ordering from them? I ordered it last Monday, received an order confirmation, but haven't heard anything since. I've sent a couple of emails and called several times but can't get ahold of anyone with the company. Fortunately they haven't charged me for it yet, but I'm anxious to get it. If anyone knows why I haven't heard anything, could you let me know?

Thanks! I didn't realize they had their own forum.

I was thinking the same thing about a week after I ordered mine. And then it was sitting by the door when I got home. Not like Amazon where you get notices/tracking info.

 Glad Luke was able to straighten things out for ya. Lotta good vendors here that are pretty responsive.

    Wouldn't you like to know!
Looks good there buddy! I did mine a few weekends ago and turned out great! The little extras from the LE version are kinda nice as well, I have used my reach tool quite a bit already and those bed lights come in handy for sure.

Looks greate, Nate. Which model of the roll-ups did you pick? Also noted you installed over the plastic fender protectors. Any issue with the velcro? Thanks

hid head lights, hid fog lights, always on fog lights, bed lights
    nice install.

Luke probably does not know when it actually shipped, as the item is probably drop shipped from the manufacturer and he has to contact them to find out.

I got the Access original roll up cover. Install was very easy and the velcro seems to hold strong so far. The whole kit was designed for the Tacoma, so it made the install very straight forward. Only took a little over an hour, but I was taking my time as well.

Yes I believe that is the case. Truckalterations is in NC and when I ordered my Access Limited from them it was drop shipped from PA if I remember correctly. I think I ordered mine on a Monday and it was at my door on Wed or Thurs. Very quick service and best price I could find at the time.
