ordered new headlight

    I ordered a new headlight a couple days ago. ive seen a lot of people on here changing out their second gen tacoma headlights but never 1st gen. How do i take out the one i have now and put the new headlight in?

    You take the corner lights out, which are two screws, and pull straight out, it may feel like it's not going to go, but just pull straight out. You can either disconnect the corner light, or just let it hang over the fender. Next you need to remove your grille, which you just need a flatheaded screwdriver to push down the tabs. After you get the grille off, there are two nuts on the side of the headlight which need removed, and one bolt on the front right hand side of the headlight which holds it on, after that just pull the headlight connector off the back and pull them out.

    Here is how to get the grille off, just follow up to step 7

    yeah, it's not bad at all, I really thought the clip removal was going to be hard by what I have heard, but it was really easy. :thumbsup:
