I am need of pictures of the welding done to the truck to weld these on for a double cab. Also proper measure down from the cab to keep them from hitting doors and not interfering with normal cab flex.

    Thanks.

When mine were welded on my access cab, he just eyeballed one side, tacked them up, checked the doors, and measured out the other side so they were the same. I wasn't aware the placement had to be exact. He did have to take off some of the gusset furthest toward the cab to fit it correctly.

I had mine installed a couple of weeks ago and as far as the DC is concerned, there is really only one way for them to be put on. When we laid under the truck and held them up, it became very clear that Richard has taken great care to engineer the plates so that they are precision fit. If you use the the rear gusset as a guide all the other plates fall into line perfectly.

Hope this helps a bit, let me know if you have any other Q's.

I know just what you mean.......When I saw the picture for the first time I thought WTF? It's the shadow of the outline of the scab plate, the angle doesn't allow you to see the bead behind it.
