You're a brave man Mitch! I did no more than 30mph down Baseline - Farmington - Watson - Home. I don't trust my KM2's, especially after the last incident that happened when Zach and I went up to Mt Hood Meadows

Heck, I wish my welds were that clean. My H.F. welder is on the verge of death and I still need to finish weld my motor mounts.

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
Lol, I'm right there with ya Rob! Good on you for quitting the chaw!

I'm 11 days no cigs. I was supposed to quit the day of the Tahuya trip, but it wasn't happening. Quit the next day and feeling really good about it.

I've been stressing myself out over this truck shit. I went into full on stalker-mode investigating this engine I'm hopefully getting, and the Slovakian kid who's selling it. He lives in Seattle, but the parts are at his dad's in PDX. now with the crazy snow down there, he's not sure if he is gonna make the drive.

I'm still down to go, but I have to see how things look tomorrow, and then do some last minute coordinating with all involved to make it work.

I hope to make it, and get to meet up you guys! I'll post up or call you when/if I am down there.

Looks great Jake! Stackin' dem dimes!

Lol, knew you'd like that! I have decided on the darker crazy plum purple emblems (ive seen a cool idea with painting them...hard to explain, but the front of the emblems black, and then the sides purple...just so its a hint of color.) and still debating on brake calipers.

I understand what you mean. there aren't 90° corners on the emblem, it is more like 60°, so paint up to that corner point on the front with black, and those angled back sides with the plum. it will be very subtle and i don't think a basic camera would be able to catch it unless it is very well lit up and that is the sole focus.

just make sure to use a high temp paint on the calipers. anything less is liable to heat up and peel off. it is easy to find barbeque black for high temp paint, and if you have blacked out rims, the black calipers can help show off the rotors, shocks, and springs a little more.

also, i am a little disappointed that you aren't being abusive toward me. :(
