not the experience ive had at osu, even my masters there.....if you went solo you would have had a terrible time. There will always be study groups, go find them. College will be your best years after that its just routine and working your ass off to pay loans and stay afloat.

I did the whole commute back to home freshman year mainly for my gf, was not cost effective so I stopped. YOU MISS OUT alot commuting home weekly. I had a lot of adventures there and some good memories. Find a nice local girl and that should make you stop going back home.

I find it funny that people believe that OSU is uber competitive.
    1. Its a state school, usually a lot less competitive then private institutions.
    2. Its huge. They accept a lot of students (see above)

Guess what schools like Harvard, Brown, Yale, Columbia, USC, Stanford, MIT, Reed, etc have in common.
Answer: they are some of the toughest schools to get into in the nation and they ALL HAVE STUDY GROUPS.

Everyone needs help. You're not doing anything wrong by going at it by yourself. But its not the only option. I guarantee you that if you go down to OSU and find someone in your class and ask them to explain an answer to a question you will find someone. If someone doesn't want to help you then fuck them. Move on to the next.

Peeps who have auxiliary lights (as fogs) what height, off the ground, do you have them at? I'm trying to aim my Duallys that I got and I keep moving them to find the sweet spot.

Never mind. I think I finally have them aimed where they work. For now. These are looking from outside then the same from the drivers seat. The final is with everything on.

Hey quit that. I won't be leaving this hell hole they call NS Great Lakes until Friday. :pout: Hopefully I see snow on the way back. :burnrubber:

On another note, where is a good place to shoot around Pierce county that is not a gun range. I know where in the Olympics, just a little to far.

Anyone know if theirs a company that will sell a whole 3rd setup (gears/locker) ready to just drop in? Possibly do a core exchange as well? Have some ideas turning and need to price some stuff. Lol

I helped Kolt install 4.10 drop outs he bought from ECGS. Seemed like a good product, everything went in and worked well. Only down side is the core charge.

I've ordered three thirds from them and never actually got charged a core, but I also get the old one in the mail the same day I get the new one.

Hm... ecgs seems like the way to go. Marlin wants my 3rd to be sent first. That's a lot of downtime waiting on shipping. Ecgs easy to work with?

Super easy. I always ask for Chase, some of the sales guys are in the wrong career field. It's not that they are not smart on gear stuff, they just seem like they drive jeeps or subarus. They send the third in a 5 gallon bucket, with a return label. Makes it easy as pie and shipping is pretty fast considering where they are. I called JT's diffs to get them to price match ECGS, and he said he can't and doesn't know how ECGS does it. Plus the warranty is impossible to beat.

How has communicating with Marlin been for you? I've been trying to get ahold of them for well over a month now, but they refuse to answer the phone or emails...
