    While Diy is probably the best option, the fact is that he paid good money for a certain service to be performed on his vehicle. The company said it could be done. If they felt like it wasn't something they could handle, then they shouldn't have agreed to perform the work. It is stereo king's responsibility to rectify the situation here by either fixing your alarm or giving you ALL of your money back.
