    I don't think my parents have a wood burning fireplace in their current place (long story) so they are out. And Woodburn is a drive for it too

    Dad typically won't go/ doesn't have to go further than woodburn. Starts to add up in cost and time. Also its just cedar, he wants stuff more like oak.

    No doubt. A CL ad would probably last an hour tops if the wood is good and you have easy access. You shouldn't have to do anything else but profit.
