Oregon and Washington BS thread

I'm keeping my 16s so its either a 265 again which would be small with my lift or 285s which cost more plus might kill my MPG

 

I've heard really bad things lately about BFGs. Their AT suck ass in snow and the KM2 don't do well on wet roads. We don't get a lot of snow but its something I have to think about.

Yes KM2's are spin happy even in the awesomeness of a 1st gen DCSB.
I had Discount Tire sipe/sype the lugs which immediately helps with grip on the wet roads.
The caveat of sipe/sype is that on jagged rocks, the rubber does chunk off.

I think i'm going to just stick with the Duratracs. I like how they are in the wet and snow.

Yeah he was born in July. I'm currently debating about keeping the truck that is fully paid off or getting something more family friendly like a Grand Cherokee with the Diesel

The neighbors have a new diesel cherokee... it has been in the shop at the dealer far longer than it has been in their driveway. They don't drive much either, just dragging the kids around town. The loaner dodge minivan broke down on them last week. I keep poking fun at them and pointing at my perfectly running 25 year old Toyota in the driveway. They are not amused. lol

I work at a Christmas tree farm on the weekends between thanksgiving and Christmas so I can pick any tree I want for myself for free. If we set up a run I may go along with you guys

 

Oh gawwwwd he's back. He showed up out of nowhere a week before archery season and then this disappeared until today. Hopefully he'll be around in a couple weeks for dad.
