    Are floor mats a mod?
Judging from your pis with ur truck on a 4' stack and the rear wheels still touching, I would vote for bumper, then winch? We get to vote, right?

Buy guns and ammo. Sounds like you broke something on your truck? What are you looking for?

Nah just got some extra money once the new contract is in effect, I'd buy more guns and ammo but I rather spend the $$$ on truck parts. It's easier to justify than 10mm

No shit. The older I get the more I realize that I wasted a shit ton of money on wildcat and oddball rounds, when I should have been buying guns based on the price of ammo so I could shoot more. Have you seen the Snake Hound Machine 54R VEPR? Man...we live in some good times.

Gotta find a contractor to put in a culvert for the new property in Christmas Valley. Would do it myself, but county said they require it to be done by a licensed contractor since it is connecting to a county road. Wish the county would install a culvert from a county road across a county maintained ditch.
Next trip out there will be to mark the easement out to the road and start clearing sage brush. Have to clear the perimeter plus where the driveway will be.

So my project day today took a sour turn..

Was working on my dirt bike, was taking stuff off and I shit you not....my oil covered hands dropped my outer clutch cage and it broke... fucking ktm part is $460. Thank god for ebay, only out $140. But I can't believe I managed to do that, especially after I've had that thing off a bunch of times. Grrrr

My luck wasn't any better. I was installing HDB lower clamps and a Windham mid bar, but didn't get too far. I have to get a longer throttle cable, longer cable for the starter, longer cable for brake light, and longer clutch cable. Of course, I have never done cable replacement on a bike, so I'm hoping to see what the quote is for having the work done before I get the bright idea to reduce the bike to a box of parts.

If it makes you feel better I was doing the brakes on my car last night. And completely forgot the rear disc brakes piston screws in so you dont use the C-Clamp method. Well guess what i did....yup used a c-clamp. Luckily the auto parts store had a new caliper.

And on top of that it didnt fix my brake problem! So now I think i have to replace the master cylinder and brake booster :(

Nah. Even buying a new caliper (70 bucks) cost wise I still came out way ahead vs paying a shop to do it. Plus i find it fun working on my own stuff.

Though now i have to replace the master cylinder which could be interesting since Ive never done one before

That sounds horrible. I hate rebleeding brake systems.

Everyone always says they hate bleeding brakes. I dont get why lol. Its probably one of the easier things Ive done. Even solo its not bad.

Get a 20oz bottle and clean it out and dry (i actually use a plastic 500mL bottles i get from work) and some hose that fits on the bleeder valves. Use a turkey baster to empty the master cylinder as much as you can. Empty turkey baster into your bottle. Fill master cylinder with new fluid. Hook hose to bleeder valve, place end of hose in the bottle, ensuring the end is in the old fluid. Then i tend to pump the brakes 3-5 times, open valve, pump brakes, close valve, repeat till new fluid shows and no air. having the end in the old fluid keeps it from sucking air in. Works for one person or two people. Two people is quicker of course but still doable with one.

Hmm. That's a good idea. I could never get the pump method to work on my taco. Never felt right. And then I bought a cheap harbor freight bleeder, and I bout destroyed my forearms pumping that thing. Still never got the bubbles to stop coming out. I gave up and pay a shop with a real power bleeder to do it :(
