Yeah that does help, thank you. For the 2016 kits they raised the price up to a little over 1700 bucks. Price isn't really an issue but I'd like to save as much as I can if that makes sense.

$1700 for Icon or for the OME? I'm assuming Icon....

Icons with the Dakars is $2,800. But I don't want to get killed with labor. Which is why I came on here for some advice. Sounds like a lot of guys have experience/enjoy working on these projects.

Which Icon parts? I'm assuming, with these prices, non-resi?

Stage 3 with Icon coilovers in the front (non-resi) icon shocks with resi in the back and Dakar leaf springs, lastly icon tubular UCA's. Through wheelers. But I decided to go with the 2016 OME medium load kit instead. Hope I don't regret it! Superior off-road in Gresham said they will install it and alignment for $350. Kit was $1,125.

No, sorry. I went with the complete OME 2016 lift kit in the medium load. I hope I don't regret getting this setup for my needs vs a coilover kit!

The kit that I pieced together and was going to get for more money was the Icon stage 3 but instead on the AAL in the rears I was going to do Dakars. Changed my mind and just went with the OME complete kit.

did you pay to have them mount the springs to the shocks for the front? worth it in my opinion.....

Well they are going to do the whole lift for me so I am assuming the $350 install will include them using their spring compressor to put the front springs on.

Another question, I am going to be putting Cooper STT MAXX's 255/80/17 on my truck. I wanted to have the tires mounted and balanced on my method NV's as well as put onto my truck prior to the lift if possible. Do you think I can do this before the lift?

Oh, I meant pay wheelers, wasn't sure if you would attempt to do the lift with help from TW or if you were going to have Superior do it.

I would have paid to have wheelers put them together yeah but $350 I thought was a pretty fair price to have superior just do it. I am sure I could have found some TW guys to help me out but since I do not know anyone on here personally I didn't want to put anyone out.

You probably could if you avoided bumps. I wouldn't recommend it personally though. Its a tight fit even with 2 inches of lift . Plus you really need an alignment after the lift. So be easiest to wait and do tire mounting, balance and alignment all at once

It won't fit unless you are part of the magic 1% where it just somehow does fit. Lift is needed. You will also need to remove front mudflaps, trim the plastic flares, and cut back the cab mounts.

Don't worry about putting anyone out about getting work done, people will either volunteer or you'll get no responses ;)

Another thing, don't install the diff drop. It's not needed and causes bad things to happen. Poke around on the forum and you will see why I say this
