Well, if someone else does get into it, I'll offer up my truck for test fitting.

My light bar should be here tomorrow. I'll be figuring out if I'm going to modify my R.C. brackets to put the bar a little further back.

In Salt Lake City right now. Heading to Port Angeles WA in the morning. No specific route planned. Don't need to be there until Thursday/Friday.

Any straight through trails in the general direction?

Good trails with camp sites to stay the night?

I think you would be looking for the Oregon Back Country Discovery Route or Washington Back Country Discovery Route.

If you are looking for more destination-like places:
Oregon's best is Tillamook State Forest, but it's practically to the coast.
Manastash Ridge in Washington is kinda along the way, but it's serious business - bring a friend.
The easiest summary is here, or you could read my sticky that everyone ignores :pout:

Greenlee is not the same as Greenfield. However, there's places around to order from, they are just more out towards Portland. I'll see what my kit can manage tomorrow and go from there.
I'm not going inside the gas tank - these are the bolts that hold the tank bracket to the frame.

True, Greenlee and Greenfield are different. Greenlee specializes in tools for the electrical industry. Since you aren't drilling the tank, you are better off. These bits still require space to fit a drill. I was using a 6-32 drill/tap on 1/4" thick steel columns for awhile on a job. I managed to break the first one after drilling about 6 columns, 2 holes each. Later I had an apprentice with me who broke 2 more in 2 hours. For what I was doing, I gave up on such a small tap and started using self drilling screws for metal to start, then once I was most of the way through, use a self drilling drywall screw.

Time to upgrade to a oversize Clarke or IMS tank..... Clarke is local I think. Great tanks!

The problem isn't on the tank, it's on the frame. If you look at the image below, it would be the black bolts that meet the silver frame on the bottom end of the tank.
As for replacement, I don't think Clarke makes anything for a WR. I would go with the midsize IMS (3.1 gal is the capacity IIRC, vs. the stock 2.5g). The Safari and IMS 4g tanks start getting heavy on the bike and the fuel pumps don't pull from the wings without modification. As it stands, the tank itself is a fwe hundred, so not eager to buy right now.
