    Lol, close enough. The FJ is a coil-sprung rear with two upper and two lower control arms, as opposed to the leaf setup in the Tacos. In short, it's able to articulate more, has less exposure in departure, and isn't susceptible to axle wrap in the manner that leafs are.

    It's simple in toooo nice of condition for me to take off-road. Mind you I plan on doing it my 2019 Tacoma. I guess it's because they don't make them anymore. We plan to keep it forever.

    Found the place, in process of migrating all my junk. 0.27 acre lot, walking distance to 2 parks, established neighborhood. House was built in the 50s and turned into a total dump until it got flipped and sold to me, so everything is brand new. The biggest problem I have right now is that the coax going to the bedrooms might be in bad shape and there's no drop at all for the living room.
    Crawl space needs insulation... After that it's really done.

    I'll be moving during that time, but I'm pumped that someone is advertising stuff to do again
