I'll second the Discount Tire on 82/Sunnyside. They've never done wrong by me. Purchased wheels and tires from them and get them rotated/balanced/inflated every 3,000 miles. Never had an issue.

That thread would only be like three people, and I'm one of them. Posting applicable local stuff is fine here, it's just a bullshit thread.

This thread tends to be more Oregon guys. The other thread tends to be more western WA guys. Plenty of guys go to both though.

    What he said ^
Generally we talk about more NW WA meet stuff in the other thread and here is where topics tend to be a little broader.

Like for example been meaning to ask if anyone has a personal preference on diesel oil? Changing my dads truck at 10k+ miles with just Rotella T or Delo makes me nervous for some reason... everyone I know changes at like 5k, but the meter in the truck is supposed to be "adaptive" and says it can go 12,500. Its a 2013 Ram 2500 with the 6.7 cummins.

I always go 7500 miles on ours, they tell us it's okay to do 10k miles though.

    Are floor mats a mod?

Delo 30. Period. Every 100 or so hours. I have had boat engines run 30000 plus hours without rebuild with that regimen.

Have a 2016 DCLB arriving next week. Trying to figure out what most guys are running for tires in our area. Like that the Cooper AT3 has a 275/70/17 C load but haven't heard a lot of feedback from it. 275/70/17 KO2 load range E to heavy for mpg and stiff? Thanks guys.

Mobil 1 full synthetic, I run the 5w-30 as does the 140+ busses in the fleet. Never once have we got an oil sample back and the oil been the failure. We customize our busses, depending on the engine , to run anywhere between 6-12,000 miles

I've been told by a few diesel shops and the dealer that synthetic doesn't make a big enough difference in diesels to justify the cost?
