I’ll for sure not be living in Portland. I prefer clackamas county. I really like sandy, wife really likes west linn and lake Oswego. So we will search for a house suitable for the both of us.

I’m leaning more towards Happy Valley myself.

@ST77 just bought in sandy. Just a couple of blocks away from me. He can give you some insight on this small town that’s getting bigger and busier by the week it seems like

I seen the median house prices going up in that area quick. That sure is a sign of growing

    Haha that would Be epic.
I’m looking for a 4-5 bedroom 2+ car garage with a finished basement must have AC. I have a good budget to work with, but trying not to max out.

Too fucking crowded, too expensive, or education is dismal(closest public high school has a 76% grad rate, less then 20% college ready), the economy is really only a few industries(hospitality, government/municipal, tourism, medical). There’s very little freedom here to do anything, Wanna camp pay for a permit and can’t go to the same spot for another 30 days. Firearms are pretty much restricted no place to shoot. It cost me 1000 bucks to register both cars every year. Besides the beach it’s not really worth it(traffic and over crowding deter you from doing anything.). It’s an island with over a million people on it, any natural disaster will mess is up for a long time.

What kind of set ups (fans, heaters, etc.) are you guys using to dry out your RTT’s? Because if you’re using yours in the PNW it is safe to say it gets drenched with rain every outing... especially this time off year.

Looking forward to your responses... enjoy your NFL Sunday btw

I have not had mine in the rain yet, but I set it up in my garage for 3 days then put it away ( heated/cooled garage)

Let me know how it goes. Assuming some fans and constant airflow for a day or so will do the trick to dry out a wet RTT? However, i’d Hate to leave it up to chance and see a RTT get ruined from mold.
