The previous owner snapped this one off so I have no idea how long its been seized in there. Shouldve hit it with the torch before I tried to spin it back out. But $60 isnt the end of the world and i was tired of sitting in my wheel well haha

Hello all. New to the Vancouver and Tacoma realm. Looking for a local outfitter/shop/custom welder within 2hr drive where I can score some rock sliders? If these companies are going to make me pay $200 for shipping, I'd rather buy local and invest that shipping cost in the community.

Any and all input is appreciated!! I'm just a forest road type guy, no real crawling or anything. Just want something frame-mounted rather than the side steps/running board body-mounted route so its actually protecting my truck.

I appreciate you all! Looking forward to getting out there and meeting some of you all when things chill a bit.

I’d check out Metaltech 4x4. They’re down in Newberg and make a solid rock slider.

Agreed. Metal Tech sliders are great for the money especially if no shipping needed. They are at a perfect angle to still function as a step to access the roof rack yet provide good clearance for technical trails.

Whatever had the most adjustment and it even still wont be enough haha. Its unfortunate but you do get what you pay for.

For real though, the setup of your desk needs to take into count the chair, height of monitors, how much twisting you are doing, etc. Chair itself is just one part of a bigger conversation. My chiropractor literally had me email her pics of my desk to tell me what i was doing wrong.

At the end of the day all that really matters is the roller blade wheels though. Best upgrade to any office chair but more fun when things are normal and there are others to race down the slopping hallways .....

Costco sometimes has some decent ones that aren't too pricey.

When you are stuck in an office chair for as many hours per year as I am you start to look at chair quality like tool quality. If you use it full time to feed your family and fund your retirement get a good one. Especially with back problems.

I know, I am in the same boat. Maybe not quite as many hours spent in the chair, but enough. What I need is more work outside and less office time.

Hey Guys, Any recommendation for a lift install shop plus ecgs bearing specifically near Seattle? While I can probably do most of this work I have limited tools currently and would be my first time tackling the leafs and ecgs bearing. Unless someone would like to offer help and I can pay with beer and pizza?
