You guys know any good methods on bleeding a caliper without a bleeder screw? Or getting a broken bleeder screw out? Im about to just go buy a caliper

If you have a dremel you can notch the bleeder and then use a flat head screw driver to remove the bleeder.. Got any pics?

    EDIT:

You can also go to the right rear cylinder and bleed that part of the system and it may push most of the air in the entire system that way, then do left rear, right front then left front depending on which front side is giving you a hard time..

The bleeder is broken off inside the caliper whereI couldnt even get at it with a dremel. Ill try bleeding it all the way around before i go buy one. I used the brake line itself as a bleeder and got a lot of air out but I think the reason my brakes arent firming up is because theres still air in the drivers side caliper where the bleeder is gone.

Oh jeez, ya, you might have luck pushing the air through to another bleeder. I’d start on rears. Keep us posted.

Honestly I'd talk to Marie at @HeadStrong Off-Road even though they are not local. She's super knowledgeable about what best fits your needs.

That being said for armor, (since they dont sell it there), I bought my front bumper from Mule in Issaquah, since there was no lead time and shipping cost, and it was cheaper than actually buying it straight from CBI even with tax. My rear bumper I purchased from ATH online, based in Nevada I believe. My sliders are from 4xinnovations based in Idaho, which I had shipped.

I don't have a lift, but I regularly take mine to the Les Schwab shop near me. I know they can be hit or miss, but I have had pretty good luck there so far.

Broke one off inside of it. Looked to the sky for answers and went to autozone and bought a new caliper

I actually just went through the same situation with my LS400. Kinda. I had to buy a replacement caliper since the old one seized, and before I could get the new caliper plumbed and bolted up, my kid accidentally knocked it to the ground and it broke the bleeder nipple off, threads still in the caliper. Luckily it wasn't torqued in there and I was able to spin the remaining broken portion out with a pick. Then used the old bleeder from the seized caliper for a replacement.

I’ve had to have a machine shop EDM out a stripped bleeder valve after breaking bolt extractors. Normally would be easier to replace the caliper but in this case #racecarparts.

The previous owner snapped this one off so I have no idea how long its been seized in there. Shouldve hit it with the torch before I tried to spin it back out. But $60 isnt the end of the world and i was tired of sitting in my wheel well haha
