Oregon and Washington BS thread

I'm leaning towards MF3. My brother in law bought it last night(like the rest of the other idiots who waited in line *ahem) and brought it over..played 2 missions of campaign and we jumped to multiplayer..WAY better than Black Ops since TreyArch isn't part of it and it's InfinityWard again

And I don't want to get BF3 because of their classic 64 player multiplayer is PC only..and I want to drive tanks and fly airplanes and drive cars and all that jazz...but PC only

But what if BF3 is really awesome? I mean, the BETA sucked balls but who knows

 

Get mw3. Gayarc has no involment so its gunna be good. I'm going to pick it up eventually, but not anytime soon.

 

So for all of you gamers out there.. I want to get my boy a new console for his b-day/Christmas. He has a WII. I am leaning toward the xbox with Kinect. I like the BF and MW games (normally play on PC).

Which is best for a 9 Year old?

 

Get a ps3. That way you get a blu-ray player, and don't have to pay to play online.

 

I did think about the PS3. I have a blu ray already, and with the kinect, he will at least get SOME exercise. I don't want him to get couch ass, like me!

 

Hmm..maybe I will rent BF3..saw some gameplays on youtube and it looks legit.

 

If the kid has a stick, a bike, and a movie on ninjas, that should last him until girls come around.

Added! I won't be playing much in the next few days since I go back to work tomorrow night and Saturday starts my hunting season I mainly play team deathmatch BTW. I didn't play any of the other Modern Warfare games so I only I only have to compare to Black Ops...well this multiplayer is way better than Black Ops.

 

I didn't gwt much joy from BF2, so I don't expect BF3 to be much better. I'm a COD fan as long as gayarc doesn't design the game lol
