You busy tomorrow? You going to be able to meet up with Jason and Derek if they're still getting together for a mini meet?

You guys wanna do something next month? I might bring the truck if I find reason. I gotta go home to pay my respects to someone but I wouldn't mind a meet up maybe.

I never understood why people debadged until tonight. Can't get the dang cleaner in all those nooks!

I would have kept with black... or maybe white if it looked right, not sure.

It is and it hides scratches tremendously. I almost got a black AC before test driving this. Sooo glad I changed my mind!

The scratchx is still lame, I really need something better. Dad used to use Nu Finish and it was pretty damn good from what I remember. Maybe I'll look into that next time I'm down.

That clay bar is dangerous. It got addicting and I couldn't stop moving on to the next section. "Oh, I wonder how smooth it might feel over here... and what about here? Oh, I need to put it on here, too..." Of course, that leaves things bare and you have to do the full nine yards then. I'm so lame I ended up doing the full thing... just finished about 10 minutes ago  About 7 hours of rubbin'.

I can't say it feels as nice as carnuba wax. With carnuba, it's like touching a slip n' slide. This is a bit more like polished glass.

    It'll do

I am happy with the gray, goes with the whole WSU theme (Crimson and gray)

I spent some time cleaning the area and getting a good wax on the spots under those badges

i finished the tough mudder. my training had consisted of occasional beer curls and that was it. now that i know what is involved, i can actually train for it for next year. i am working on putting together a team for it already. anybody interested in taking part in next year's seattle tough mudder?

    see what it is here

i would imagine that it will be about the same time next year, which is to say end of september. that should be enough time to get in shape. just know that i did this with no actual training this year. i hurt today for it, but i conquered it.

if you do want to train for it, work on cardio (go run, then run more, and finish with more running up hills), and upper body. the upper body part requires both monkey bars/rings and being able to pull yourself up and over walls. i have some pretty good upper body strength already, but when you are already fatigued from the running, that strength just doesn't seem to be there.
