Since your avatar says TRD, I'm guessing you are a TRD sport. The non TRD elocker diffs run an 8.4" diff and the TRD elocker diffs are 8" so you would have to have the whole axle housing and everything, especially since the elocker actuator mounts externally on the axle housing. Unless you could find a hole housing for really cheap an ARB is probably a cheaper route to go for a selectable locker. The lockright and other non selectable locker are even cheaper yet.

There was a 5.29 complete 3rd w/compressor up in Seattle for $500 obo. It's deleted, so must have sold.

I've seen quite a few up there, but usually the ads just say "Toyota Locker"... there's about 5 different versions.

Just an FYI, if you happen to catch a deal like that, there are 5.29 gears for the rear diff, but there are no 5.29 gears for 2nd gen clamshells up front.

    I could have mis-read..but I think he's talking about locking a '92

All pre-'95 4-cylinder 4wd mini-trucks & 4Runners use the Toyota 8" 2-pinion differential front and rear (except turbo models). This is known as the "4cyl diff." This diff is by far the most common diff in older Toyotas.

    Some more reading: home.4x4wire.com/erik/diffs/

Believe me...my head was spinning trying to determine if that diff I picked up was going to fit in my truck. Seller was really cool and actually printed out original receipt for it..

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
Installing a diff is no fun if you don't have good good garage, lift, and proper tools. I had to rebuild the rear-end twice on my Yukon, and it was a PITA.

I like ECGS, 'cause they send you a fully assembled 3rd member built to your specs/options and pre-set (crush sleeve, backlash, pinion depth etc.) so it can be easily installed in your garage.

ARB rear lockers (RD129) will fit any gear ratio on our trucks, but the front has one for 3.73 & Down, and 3.91 & Up.

Let's here more about this stump-jumper you got Moe!!!

The majority of the info I just put up is cut and paste. I pretend to know a lot..

Sidenote - was doing a little research into the blingy/expensive Factor55 ProLinks a few days ago. Came across this little gem.

    http://www.expeditionportal.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-79034.html

It's worth a read. I'm relatively new to the whole forum thing, and find it hilarious how butthurt some people get about shit that truly doesn't matter.

So my dad has a guy working at his work, where i used to work during high school. I went to school with this guy and my dad saw his truck. He then asked the guy if he wanted to sell it. Turns out he did and my dad hopped on the chance cuz he knows i want an old beater project truck.

I dont have much info on the truck as its still in oregon and my dad doesnt get it till sunday.

    Pass the :jelly:

That's a sweet pistol Mike, I like Springfield. My dad has a nice M1A that I would love to inherit. The 9mm hold alot of rounds too.

Looking forward to seeing the new truck Moe!! I bet it'll be nice to have a dedicated trail rig, and an equally capable nice one.

Ha I just picked one up myself a while back. I've got the 3.8 inch barrel with the 20 round magazine. It's a mean little pistol. I hope they didn't jack up the price too much on you?

Let's just say it's the most expensive gun I own :(

I'm surprised, my Baretta went down in value... yet somehow the mags doubled in value??

Yeah I've been unloading AK parts online for a week now. The prices shit is going for is completely nutz. Now is for sure the time to sell if you want. Your Baretta isn't very popular these days. No surprise it dropped in price.

I don't mind, I wouldn't sell it anyway. Best thing I've ever shot and I love it to death. My best friend desperately wants it.
