    do you think if driving a far distance, i.e corvallis to tahoe to vegas and back, that my snowboard will take some damage just from being up on my racks going 70mph for that long? i am folding down my rear seats so its not like i couldnt fit them in the back just wondering

    Should be just fine man. Ive had both mine on my honda from hear to kamloops canada and back(13hrs one way) just fine. One thing i would suggest is have the topside of the board face down. I do that and it seems to keep the front of the board in better condition.

    ya definitely was gonna put the bindings down. i just get paranoid about my stuff getting damaged up there, and cus i cant see it i always tihnk it flew off and i didnt notice. thats why i need to drive with the sunroof cover thing open so i can see through....:cool:

    well just make sure to lock the rack and no worries. If your really worried about it, you can wrap the front in the packing equivalent of suran wrap.(spl?) :rofl:

    i ride a 151 X8 with the est customs. ive got a season pass at meadows but ive rode bachelor a few times its alot more open i feel like. i might get a pass there next season since the drive is about the same time. but for some reason i feel like hood is alot closer.

    Yea bachy offers more terrain choices i think compared to any other mtn in oregon. From C.Vegas its closer to go to meadows, but only buy like 20miles i think. Time wise shouldnt be more then 15-20minute difference.

    I road meadows 40 hours a week for a couple winters but now that I have a 9-5 job again I can't bare going up on the weekend so I've only road 4 days in the last 3 years :(

    I had a thought, we should have a TW shred day somewhere. Ski bowl/meadows/bachy..perhaps even willamette for it being cheap. Seems that a few of us like to hit the slopes. :D

    yup changed oil too. they did a good job and were easy to work with. i'll go back there for sure if i need something else fixed.
